FELA on Broadway!

I was blessed with the opportunity to catch FELA! off Broadway last summer. I must say that this is one of the BEST plays that I've ever seen. I was completely blown away by the musical arrangements, choreography, multi-media presentations, and of course the acting. This play allows the audience to get an intimate glimpse into the life of the AFrobeat legend FELA Anikulapo Kuti. I walked away from this play respecting Fela as more than just a wonderful musician but a true revolutionary.

I encourage everyone who has any interest in world history to go and check this play out.
